I am blessed to work on the housekeeping staff here at HBC. In addition to working on the housekeeping staff I have the privilege of walking with individuals, that are experiencing grief, through our Griefshare ministry.
My husband John and I have been married for 32 years and are blessed with seven children, one waiting for us with the Lord, and two grandchildren. When we originally moved from Southeast Wisconsin in ‘95, we had no idea that God meant for us to stay! We love the combination of museums, zoos, parks and trails to tramp on throughout the year in Missouri, and especially the beauty of the rivers around us.
John and I both came to know the Lord before moving here, but God has used His Word, life events and many brothers and sisters in Christ to draw us close to Him in ways we never would have asked or imagined. We are so grateful for our Father’s help and unconditional love throughout the ups and downs of our walk with Him.
He has taught us, among so many things, that:
” Our soul finds rest in God alone, and our salvation comes from Him. He Is our rock and salvation; He is our fortress and we will never be shaken.” Psalms 62:1
